Theresa was raised in Inwood, WV. She and her late husband, Donnie Hockman, are the founders of Hockman Auctions, LLC. Over the last 17 years, they built the company into one of the top real estate auction companies in the area.
Theresa has over 10 years of financial/banking and 17 years of business experience in the auction industry.
Theresa a Member of the Company and is also a client relations liason throughout the entire sales process, assisting our sellers with questions from contract signing to closing. In 2002, Theresa earned her license as a WV Real Estate Agent, which allows her to knowledgeably discuss and "show" the properties available through Hockman Auctions, LLC.
Theresa is a Graduate of Mendenhall School of Auctioneering, a member of the Presidential Who's Who Among Business and Professional Achievers, The National Auctioneers Association and The West Virginia Auctioneers Association. She is also active in several community organizations and her church.
She and her family reside in Martinsburg, WV. Her outside interests include gardening, shopping for antiques, and spending time with her three children: Selena, Nathaniel and Colton.
