Theresa was raised in Inwood, WV. She and her late husband, Donnie Hockman, are the founders of Hockman Auctions, LLC. Over the last 14 years, they built the company into one of the top real estate auction firms in the area.

Theresa has over 10 years of financial/banking and 14 years of business experience in the auction industry.

Theresa is the director of the marketing team, and is also a client relations liason throughout the entire sales process, assisting our sellers with questions from contract signing to closing.

In 2002, Theresa earned her license as a WV Real Estate Agent, which allows her to knowledgeably discuss and "show" the properties available through Hockman Auctions, LLC.

She and her family reside in Martinsburg, WV. Her outside interests include sewing, gardening, shopping for antiques, and spending time with her 3 children: Selena, Nathaniel and Colton. Theresa serves on the development committee for Hospice of the Panhandle and is very active in her church and other organizations.
