Continue onto a gravel road through Montevideo Estates, then: For Auction 5, turn Left onto Ginger Rd., then Right onto right-of-way. For Auction 4, go through Montevideo Estates to end of lane (follow signs) Auction 4 has gated right-of-way, call for a showing.
Terms:

A Non-Refundable Deposit in the following amounts: Auction 1-$7,500; Auction 2,6,7,9,10-$5,000ea.; Auction 3,4,5,8-$2,500ea.; in Cash or Cashier’s Check will be collected day of sale from successful bidder. PROOF of deposit and ID required to bid. 10% Buyers Premium. Settlement and Balance due in 30 days, Time is of the Essence.
